Gails Thoughts On The Art1095 Project
David Edmonson’s work has always been fantastic, but his latest project is phenomenal. His photography is both creative and inspirational – timeless works of art by a true master of his craft. What separates David’s work from other photographers is his meticulous attention to detail and his vast knowledge of the Masters. He has taken the time to study the Masters in depth, and it clearly shows in the masterpieces he creates.
Anything You’d Like To Say About David As A Person?:
Not only is David a remarkable photographer, but he is one of the most caring and warm individuals I know. He treats his friends as if they were family and helps and encourages other photographers to reach their full artistic potential. David Edmondson is one of the “greats.”
David’s Thoughts On Gail
Gail is not a flashy person nor the type to flaunt herself, but when you place a camera in her hands, her passion lights up the room. Spending time with her, you realize this richness of knowledge, love, and history of photography she holds.
She is a trailblazer for women in photography, a pioneer that succeeded in a field typically dominated by men when she started. She does one of the best jobs I know of staying connected with the people in front of her camera. While constantly on the move, she goes about her business quietly.
Sharing her rich history, understanding and techniques with other photographers, she motivates and connects them. We had the privilege of shooting her daughter’s wedding, and I learned even more about her love for her amazing and talented family.
Why Gail Nogle Is Considered A Master Photographer
After graduating from RIT, Gail forged her career as a portrait artist by spending 14 years with the prestigious Gittings Portrait Studio in Dallas. The skills she refined led her to earn her Master of Photography degree from Professional Photographers of American in 1981. By 1998, she was one of the only female photographers in the world to be awarded her Fellowship degree from the American Society of Photographers.
She combines talent, artistic vision, and technical master to create her fine art children’s photography for the young and young at heart.
